Deep Dive analysis

Deep dive is one of the technique used by researchers during their problem solving or concept brainstorming situations.
The 5 steps in Deep Dive analysis is shown below:
1.Use SWOT analysis, PRIMO-F, PESTLE, POEMS, 5 W's etc to understand the market, customers, existing technology or other constratins.
2. DO observation on real people under real circumstances to get a rich idea of problem scenario.
3. Visualize new concepts to solve problems, new approach to design.
4. Analysis and evaluate prototype or sketch models for market.
5. Implement the new concept to test.
